The Miss Chris ventures to locations on Delaware Bay off of Cape May Point on some of here trips. On others she can be found many miles off of North Wildwood and at other times she may be seen from Stone Harbor and Avalon. The Atlantic Ocean is her home and she fishes structure and open bottom equally in search of many species. 

Species targeted on this trip includes Flounder, Black Sea Bass, Weakfish or grey sea trout, Bluefish, Triggerfish, and Croakers. The occasional Black Drum or Shark is also a possibility. 

The crew of the Miss Chris in Cape May, New Jersey is there to help in all ways possible. They will cut bait for your trip, maintain the tackle in working order and provide fishing instructions for all ages. The crew will help bait hooks, teach you to fish, land your catch, unhook fish and even clean your catch if you wish. They do work for gratuities. 

If you need extra tackle of bait, see Bob at the Miss Chris Tackle shop. He has minnows and gulp, bucktails and jigs. We include mackerel and squid on every trip.

Our rods and reels in the rental fleet are Penn Long Beach and jig masters. The rods are Gull Rods. The Miss Chris does have restrooms, air conditioning and a small snack bar selling sodas, coffee, beer, and snacks. You are welcome to bring additional food and drink and even a small cooler.

Last but not least we do have a Federal Fishing Permit for the boat so you are not required to obtain a fishing license. There is a voluntary Saltwater Fishing Registry in New Jersey which you can sign up for if you wish.
